Todra Gorge ( Gorges du Todra ‎)

is situated on the remote eastern side of the High Atlas Mountains. 

The Todra and neighbouring Dades Rivers

have carved out cliff-sided canyons ( wadi )

 through the High Atlas.

The final 600 metres of the Todra gorge are the most spectacular

as the canyon narrows to a flat stony track

through sheer, smooth-sided, rock walls up to 160m high. 

However it is an easy hike through the gorge.
